Refund & Replacement Policy
At Sandhya Pickles, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. As our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict no return policy.
1. No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Replacement / Refund Eligibility
We offer replacement or partial/full refund only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaked
- Wrong item delivered
- Product is spoiled upon delivery (rare cases)
3. Time Frame for Reporting
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be eligible
4. Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Order details (Order ID / name)
5. Resolution Process
Once verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement product, OR
- Provide a refund to the original payment method
Decision will be made based on the issue.
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds/replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Taste preferences
- Improper storage after delivery
- Minor oil leakage (natural in pickles)
7. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider
